Hello, everybody. I am here today, Mallory Green. I am the founder of Reigns Marketing, a little agency here in San Diego. We are a social media content marketing agency founded in 2021. So let's go ahead and dive in. All right. Number one, ChatGPT. Okay. ChatGPT is a great resource to utilize for enhancing productivity, saving time, those automated tasks, getting out emails, getting everything from your email templates out and scheduled ahead of time to elevating your customer experience ahead of your content every single week, putting together a plan, getting those captions ahead of time, and all those ideas generated through ChatGPT will save you so much time and automate everything in a consistent, timely manner. So that way, you're always five steps ahead of everybody else. So if you're trying to grow and scale by using social media This is your hot item ticket right now. And there's also a free download from the boss babe, Natalie Ellis, who shows everything in detail about using these prompts, inputting them into ChatGPT, and just feeding and getting the direct resources you need to launch your content. Iconosquare is going to just help you overall. bring everything in a cohesive manner for scheduling all your social media content. So you input which of your accounts you want to load onto here, whether that's Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, you name it. If you go onto your Instagram profile page, you can go to your insights and see content shared and see exactly what your audience has connected with recently, whether it's reels, stories, carousel posts. So it kind of gives me these ideas, whether it's text, motivation Monday, travel insights, a behind the scenes, take a peek into our podcast recording studio. So this is kind of what I would look at for generating ideas. And then I'd go ahead, edit the idea, maybe make it into a video. a carousel, a photo, and then look through the idea description, see if the caption aligns with everything and then confirm. That way I can go ahead and plan that for tomorrow or today or whenever it's that I want and then get the content out there. So this is perfect if you wanna plan everything in advance, really see in-depth reporting on how you're doing on all your social media channels, get feedback from your customer journey and from your audience to really see what kind of content that they wanna see you pushing out. So this is a great tool to dive more into analytics and reporting when publishing new content and then using that AI to generate new ideas for inspiration on what to post for your account. Third is Canva. If you ever need to build templates for your carousel posts, your reels, or you want to make a logo for your personal brand, et cetera, et cetera, this is what you'll need to do. So Canva AI is here. What will you design today? I want to make a reel promoting my latest podcast episode. Go ahead, hit enter, and see what generates. So this is a weekly podcast. These are kind of the templates. You can see that they're all kind of reels and little videos that I could just click on. And then I'll go ahead and customize this template to really bring it to life with my own branding. So you can do carousels. You can do reels. Like I said, anything that comes to mind, whether it's social media, logos, business cards, a decal for your window or for your car, anything to promote your business, there's a template for here in Canva. And it's free to start, so go ahead and download Canva on your desktop, on your phone, whatever it is that you choose to use, and happy creating. Okay, four is Gamma AI. Actually, it's what the presentation is totally going off of. Gamma is just... an insanely easy way to input into AI, whether it's a presentation, a website, a landing page, a starter sales kit, whatever it is you're trying to create, you just plug it into their search bar. They have thousands of templates to choose from. You can get inspiration, different kinds of themes, custom fonts. And it is truly just an inspiration to figure out what kind of sales page or website that you want to use. And then the next one we have up number five is plan that by link tree. If you already have a link tree in your bio on Instagram, that's that, you know, link generator that lets the audience members click off of Instagram and take you to that landing page with multiple links. Plan that is by link tree. And it can put all of your links to work. And it also plans and schedules your content in advance. I use this for Pinterest. I make sure that I can really plug in and schedule in advance all of my pins ahead of time. So as you can see, these are everything that has already gone out. And it links directly to my Instagram too. So anytime I have an Instagram account, Planned posts, it'll go directly into Pinterest as well. So I just make sure that I upload, I put into the calendar exactly what I wanna see ahead of time, can batch my content on Mondays, make sure I have everything streamlined for the rest of the week here. It also gives you different holiday ideas, whether it's a monthly mantra, what we're wearing today, kind of content ideas in order to stick to any kind of theme that you're working within your own brand. So plan that is great. And you can just go to the App Store and put in Plan That by Linktree and download it directly onto your phone. It's a great way to generate leads, also to house multiple links in one spot as well. Okay. This is probably by far my favorite. Sintra AI. So this is huge. You come on here, you have your 12 little guys. They are all dedicated to something in particular. So buddies, business development, Cassie, customer support. It goes on and on and on. I have a copywriter, an e-com specialist, email marketer, data analyst, biz dev, all of that fun stuff. So I can come in here and say, will someone please generate 15 real ideas to implement? for my social media strategy for We Travel podcast, which is my podcast. So that goes out. And then someone, Sophie, my social media manager, will come back and she has all these fun ideas for fun and engaging reels, behind the scenes, different kind of concepts. So I can go ahead and highlight that, go over, open a Google Doc, and then get get to business in Canva, getting those templates. I can also have her go, hey, can you go into Canva and get my templates? It is crazy what you can plug in here, whether it's your Outlook, your Gmail, your Canva account, your Facebook. She can actually go in or this AI can go in technology and post directly onto my pages.
